Mandy is a Former ICBC employee and worked as Driver Examiner and a Driver Examiner Unit Supervisor at various ICBC locations. Mandy has worked as Manager in Customer Service industry before joining ICBC. She upholds high moral values and work ethics. She brings an incredible amount of teaching experience and marking based on ICBC criteria from her previous job. Mandy is fully aware of the ICBC rules and regulations. She understands student's driving needs and teaches them accordingly. Based on her experience, she creates an individualized instruction package for each student to enhance their learning. Every individual’s skill set is different. Her core goal is to have safe drivers on the road with the right driving skills. She understands the stress of obtaining a driver’s license, so she strives to coach and develops the right skills set for every student to succeed.

She uses a student-centered teaching approach which makes her different from other driving schools. Mandy caters to the needs of every student by placing them in the center of learning. With timely feedback, she lets them take control of making smart road decisions with complete confidence while driving.

Every individual needs different training, Mandy will do assessment on your driving skills and create a program depending on your skill level and driving habits. After every lesson, Mandy will provide a detailed feedback and will list the areas you need to focus on during driving. She will work with you to eliminate all the negative points and will help you to turn them to positives.
